We are looking for a Recruiter in Singapore to join our Asia Pacific talent acquisition team. You will be instrumental in growing the go-to-market functions across key markets of Japan, Korea and the ASEAN region.

We require this role to work under a hybrid policy, meaning three days per week in office.

AS A RECRUITER AT SNOWFLAKE YOU WILL:

  • Own full lifecycle recruiting and be a consultative business partner to your hiring teams 

  • Recruit in a fast-paced, competitive and high-growth sales and technical environment 

  • Be able to conduct talent analysis and develop recruiting strategies that include sourcing, candidate engagement/advisement, and offer closing

  • Be client-focused and committed to continuous improvement

  • Proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to hiring managers

  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

  • Build and utilize a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone/video conferencing, in person networking, and internet research

  • Be a champion of our mission and culture to the market

OUR IDEAL RECRUITER WILL HAVE:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience with full-lifecycle sales or technical recruiting 

  • Experience in more than one of the following: in-house recruiting, RPO or agency-side

  • Command of leveraging social media and other online and innovative methods to build the company’s talent brand and attract passive candidates

  • A strong track record of directly sourcing candidates

  • Excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of Snowflake’s recruiting process including events, hiring drives, jobs boards, agency management, in-person networking and industry presence

  • A strong track record of closing candidates 

  • Fluency in English, and business level in either Japanese or Korean in order to recruit in these additional key markets
