Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reception & Administrative Coordinator responsible for smooth front desk operations, office administration, vendor coordination, and maintaining a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk, handle all visitor and call enquiries professionally
  • Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and common areas
  • Coordinate office supplies, pantry, and inventory with zero disruption
  • Liaise with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, IT, security)
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
  • Support meetings and internal events (logistics, AV setup)
Key Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and professional telephone etiquette
  • Familiar with office equipment and meeting room AV
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and service-focused
Experience
  • 2–5 years in Office Administration / Front Desk / Facilities
Target Background
