Responsibilities
- Working with trading teams to process trade execution across the trade lifecycle
- Working in a team environment that closely integrates trading, technology and operational excellence
- Working with the trading desk to manage risk breaks, assist with executions and middle office functions
- Automating operational workflows and partnering with developers and technology teams to architect, build, and deliver robust platforms to reduce manual overhead and risk
- Developing robust processes to aid in the deployment of new trading capabilities
- Coordinating with developers to help with releases and testing for new software
- Coordinating efforts with Trading, Technology, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth expansion and day to day operation of the business
- Liaising with operations, accounting and business management departments to develop and answer ad hoc requests
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of OTC markets
- Experience interfacing with trading and technology systems
- Experience automating tasks and producing analysis in Python
- Process driven approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across multiple groups
- A highly analytic mentality and a rigorous attention to detail
- A completed bachelor's degree from a top tier university in economics, business administration, computer science, engineering, finance, mathematics, physics or a related field
