Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Quantitative Research Intern to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will:
- Enhance prediction accuracy through the integration of advanced methodologies in time series models
- Maintain and improve upon existing simulation and research pipelines for accuracy and expedite time to market
- Explore trading ideas by monitoring trading systems and analyzing market data, market microstructure, and trading results for patterns
- Conduct research and statistical analysis to refine and optimize trading signals for different markets
- Collaborate with the research team to design and implement innovative solutions for complex quantitative problems
Requirements
- Strong background in a quantitative discipline such as EE/CS/Math/Physics/Quantitative Finance/Financial Engineering/Data Science
- Prior research experience in AI, LLM, ML related fields
- Strong interest in the quantitative trading industry
- Detail-oriented and strong aptitude for working with numerical data
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of owning projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to tackle complex problems with curiosity and creativity, offering innovative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment
- Participation in Kaggle competition or AI projects is a plus
