GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.

Role Overview:

The key projects includes but not limited to:

Lead the initiation and setup of a new Calibration Lab of dimensional and torque calibration at a new engine overhaul facility at Seletar Aerospace Park. You will be responsible for the overall project management and ensure the adequate resources are obtained to keep the program on track. To qualify and commission 3D printing powder element composition analysis machine at Loyang Compressor repair facility. You will be following up with various stakeholder for machine installation, qualification, creating standard work and training of the operators for operation.

Interns must be able to commit to a 20-24 week internship at minimum to ensure they have sufficient time and opportunity to learn from their internship projects

Ideal Candidate

The Ideal candidate shall have basic knowledge of engineering and possess eager to learn attitude. The candidate shall be proactive in task and project management.

Required Qualifications

Degree of engineering and university mathematics and physics

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing, usage of CMM and knowledge of material science.
