What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to develop comprehensive test strategies for new features and releases across WEB, MOBILE (iOS, Android) and API

  • Defect Management: Accurately report defects with clear reproduction steps, triage reported issues, classify them by risk level, and proactively communicate blocker bugs

  • Test Management: Create and manage test cases (including positive, negative, and edge scenarios) for new features, and assist development teams with concrete test plans and reports

  • Test Execution: Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end, for critical components like Order Matching-engine, Market Data, Trade Data, and Risk. Troubleshoot failed tests across systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Testing Expertise: Deep understanding of testing practices across both WEB and MOBILE platforms

  • Protocol Familiarity: Experience testing REST API, Web-Sockets, GraphQL, and JSON-RPC protocols, especially in the context of trading systems

  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with at least 1 of the following:

    • Test Management: Testrail, Jira Xray, Zephyr

    • Log Analysis: Grafana, Splunk, Datadog

    • Other: Postman, Firebase

Bonus Points

  • Domain Experience: Prior experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, or fintech

  • Blockchain/DeFi Exposure: Familiarity with Blockchain or DeFi applications, including interactions with Web-3 wallets
