As a QA/QC Intern, you will conduct audits, ensure compliance with procedures, collect evidence, report findings, and assist in training.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits in operational, academic, and administrative areas following schedules and checklists.
- Observe and ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, and Internal Memos.
- Collect and organize audit evidence, and report findings to QA/QC staff.
- Support corrective action follow-up and update quality data.
- Assist in SOP training and coordinate with centers to maintain complete, standardized quality documents.
Requirements:
- Final Year Students or Fresh Graduate in Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Interest in quality assurance and operational compliance.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and skilled in documentation and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Professional, responsible, and a good team player.
