Administrative
- The purpose of Protégé Program is to support Training portfolio by providing administrative and operational duties related to Training function and HRDC portal
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Micro soft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint , Excel, to produce documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and training databases.
- Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO, HRDC Por tal , FUSE , Digital on Demand and Pfizer Learning Academy
- Liaising with internal stakeholder in other departments and with external contacts.
- Assist Training Manager in training coordination and administration.
- Prepare learning material and uploading material on HRDC Portal
- Administer and ensure training documentation efficiency
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in any field
- Preferably spec ialized in Business Administration, Learning and Development
- Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
- A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
