Administrative
- The purpose of Protégé Program is to support the Global Procurement team by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department for multiple markets and at regional level.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and with external contacts.
- Assist indirect commercial procurement related activities for different market (Emerging Markets Asia).
- Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects or roll out implementation at a regional level.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in commerce, management or data analytics.
- Preferably specialized in indirect commercial procurement experience with strong data analytics.
- Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
- A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
- Experienced candidates with corporate internship are welcome to apply.
- Basic Mandarin fluency would be appreciated (possibility to support Taiwan market).
