  • Strong customer communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience coordinating issue resolution, support follow-up, and bug-fix delivery in a structured way.
  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into actionable plans and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with global teams.
  • Experience in PC software, audio software, or OEM-related environments is a plus.

  • Get familiar with ongoing roadmap priorities, customer commitments, and active support topics.
  • Start building relationships with key internal stakeholders across engineering, QA, and product teams.
  • Learn the context, expectations, and operating model for our largest customer account.

WITHIN 3 MONTHS YOU WILL:

  • Take ownership of day-to-day coordination for selected roadmap and customer delivery topics.
  • Drive follow-up on product support topics and bug-fix priorities with internal teams.
  • Establish a clear view of key milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations across your scope.
  • Contribute to roadmap execution by aligning customer needs with internal delivery plans.
  • Act as a trusted interface between customers and internal teams for planning, issue management, and status follow-up.

WITHIN 9 MONTHS YOU WILL:

  • Independently manage key customer and delivery topics across the Nahimic activity.
  • Be the product/project management lead for our largest customer relationship in your scope.
  • Drive roadmap execution with strong predictability, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Contribute to improving delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and support responsiveness across the activity.
