What you will be doing
- Support daily operation activities – e.g. onboarding, marketing activities, expansion, and problem-solving.
- Build and improve sustainable relationships with partners.
- Identify potential operational gaps with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with BD teams for better operation outcomes.
- Perform basic data analysis related to the on/off-ramps program.
- Write and publish announcements and other product documents.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- 1-3+ years of experience in operations.
- Proactive work attitude, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and team spirit.
- Knowledge of data analysis preferred.
- International education or work experience is preferred; finance related background is preferred.
- Experience in crypto or payment industry preferred.
