Lead full lifecycle delivery of defence systems including tendering, installation, maintenance and disposal. Develop plans, schedules, budgets; manage risks, vendors, SLAs, HSE compliance, and a team of maintenance staff while coordinating with local and overseas stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of critical defence systems — from business development and tendering through to installation, maintenance, and end-of-life disposal
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; track expenditure and report on cost variances
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues proactively before they impact delivery
- Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Executives, maintaining high standards of system serviceability
- Coordinate with local and overseas clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage vendor contracts, monitor SLA compliance, and handle scope variations
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients
- Enforce HSE standards and safe work practices across all project activities
- Support operational administration including security compliance and financial matters
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information & Digital Technologies — candidates with equivalent hands-on experience are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; familiarity with data analytics or AI productivity tools is a plus
- Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments
- Proactive, dependable, and a strong team player
- Ideal to also possess a Class 3 driver’s licence with at least 2 years of driving experience
