How you’ll make an impact

1. You will develop project plans (including manufacturing schedule, critical milestones), utilize project management and enterprise tools (e.g., SAP) for order input, project-related information maintenance, task allocation, progress tracking, as well as risk and cost management throughout project execution.

2. You will coordinate internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and manage all issues that arise during the project implementation, ensure on-time delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.

3. You will ensure timely project payment collection and accurate archiving of project documentation upon project closure.

4. You will be responsible for achieving the company’s key control targets, such as revenue, work-in-progress and finished goods inventory, payment collection, overdue accounts, COTD, and performing related data statistics.

5. You will accompany customers during factory audits and Final Acceptance Testing (FAT) and handle all issues that arise throughout the process.

6. Excellent data analysis, coordination, and leadership skills, able to drive multi-team collaboration in high-pressure environments with a result-oriented mindset, able to work on-site and travel as required.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a master’s degree or above, preferred major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.

2. Required with over 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial/Project Management/ Planning experience in industries.

3. Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.

4. Good understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions, have financial knowledge and understand financial account work.

5. Familiar with office software, enterprise management software such as ERP or SAP.

6. Proficiency in English reading and writing is required; speaking and listening skills are preferred.
