Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Key responsibilities:
Client Onboarding Project Manager: A key member of client onboarding team who specializes and manage the technical integration between the client ERP to the bank’s delivery platform using API services. The job details are
- Manage the technical integration between the client ERP to the banks platform in areas of cash and trade.
- Facilitates client requirement gathering session to understand the technical requirement for successful integration.
- Analyze clients requirements and their development cycle, and create effective documentation of recommendations and project plan for integration.
- Prepare requirements and customer journey to illustrate client’s solution using API, H2H products. Work with product managers and technology teams wherever necessary to overcome product gaps.
- Work closely with implementation manager on project management, delivery channel setup and connectivity, security and file testing. Including verification of client’s data and Bank’s payment and trade processing.
- Manage the necessary activities such as change scheduling, validation of client test cases and analysis of test results with client project team during UAT and production setup.
- Support bug fixes during System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing stages.
Key Skills:
- 3-4 Years of experience in S/W support in AS400, API, Unix Scripting & DB knowledge.
- Preferrable experiences : API protocols (Axway), Datamapping (Infomatica), Virtual Account, local payments (regional) and TT remittances.
- Familiar with tools such as Postman, GPG, JMeter, Excel Pivot.
- Strong experience in trouble shooting Networking and API related issues which reported by customers.
