About the role:

  • Oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
  • Provide project management and feasibility studies services.
  • Prepare and issue programmes with estimated time for completion of each task for approval by the authorities.
  • Manage and provide supervision to ensure tasks are completed within the stipulated time.
  • Submit overall project management reports.
  • Provide work proposals, preliminary services, design management services, contract documentation services, contract management services, and post construction management services.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About you:

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities operations, project feasibility, and contract management.
  • Proficient in scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Familiar with regulations, safety standards, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & ad-hoc duties.
