Leveraging our unique expertise, talent, resources and scale to build climate resilient and economically thriving communities.
Building and activating strategic partnerships to accelerate resilience solutions across our global operating communities.

About the role
Intact has a strong track record in building resilient communities, and we’re accelerating to the next stage of leadership. We’re seeking a seasoned project management professional to design and execute comprehensive project plans for Social Impact & ESG programs, partnerships, and performance across Canada, the UK, the US, and Ireland.
This role demands a proactive, collaborative project manager who can mobilize complex initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced, global environment. Partnering with relationship and program owners, you will develop deployment strategies that clearly define mandates, milestones, roles, and resourcing. We will rely on you to coordinate cross-functional delivery to keep objectives, timelines, and budgets on track, alongside aggregating performance data to build executive dashboards and communicate progress, impact, and lessons learned.
If you thrive on translating strategy into execution and enabling teams to deliver measurable outcomes, we’re keen to have you join us.
What you’ll lead here
Build and oversee robust program governance with clear cadence, decision rights, and regular status updates.
Develop comprehensive project plans and documentation for ESG disclosures and social impact initiatives, including roadmaps, scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resourcing.
Establish and manage change management processes as required to enable adoption and sustain outcomes.
Lead the ongoing development of Intact’s bespoke Resilience Barometer—measuring stakeholder recognition of our leadership in building resilient communities—and drive corresponding action plans across the business.
Design and implement executive performance dashboards to communicate project status, impact, and risks to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive presentations; chair Group Social Impact & ESG workflow meetings and Resilience Barometer working groups; support Group ESG SteerCo meetings.
Identify, monitor, and manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), escalating and resolving blockers proactively.
Manage a complex global budget portfolio: track spend, forecast variances, and provide recommendations to the Vice President.
What you bring
Minimum 5 years of project management experience – is required (ideally in P&C insurance, Social Impact/ESG)
PMI/PMP certification – is required
Lean Six Sigma certificate is preferred
Strong data visualization and analytics skills; adept at KPI design and building succinct, high-impact PowerPoint presentations.
Proven success delivering complex programs in large, multinational organizations and coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; skilled at influencing without formal authority.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent education and experience.
