  • Establish project governance, timeline, RAID logs, stakeholder communication, and decision-making framework.
  • Facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders and external vendors / system integrators.
  • Consolidate findings into executive-level recommendations, business case inputs, and implementation roadmap.
  • Ensure alignment across business and IT teams on replacement strategy, delivery approach, and transition considerations.
  • Support leadership in planning for downstream execution, resource requirements, and implementation readiness.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager / Program Manager in ERP transformation, SAP modernization, or large-scale enterprise system replacement projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC 6, ERP ecosystem, business process dependencies, and transformation challenges.
  • Experience managing RFP, vendor selection, due diligence, and solution evaluation phases.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration / transformation programs is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience in project governance, budgeting, planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured evaluation and delivery frameworks.
  • Prior experience in finance, supply chain, procurement, or enterprise operations domains will be advantageous.
