Project Planning & Implementation
- Working with the Prevenar20 marketing team to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the HCP and consumer projects and tasks needed to implement that strategy
- Ensures effective implementation of designated projects to achieve desired business outcomes
Work with Field Force
- Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor marketing project to achieve goals
Cross-divisional Teamwork
- Understands the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders
- Maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors
Market Intelligence
- Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources to ensure that knowledge is up to date and to support marketing strategy
Expense Management
- Support financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets to achieve profit target
Customer Engagement
- Customer interaction to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or above
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong project management skills with ownership and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven financial acumen and experience in inventory/expense management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
