Project Manager (KYC/AML and Transaction Monitoring Engine - AI/MI)

Manage and improve Airwallex’s revenue systems and go-to-market technology stack. Responsibilities include designing scalable systems, optimizing commercial processes, improving data integrations and automation, supporting Salesforce administration, training teams, translating business requirements into solutions, and advising senior revenue stakeholders. The role partners with Revenue, Marketing, Data, and Product teams across global regions.

Designs and operates product security controls, secure applications and infrastructure, detection and incident-response workflows, threat hunting, forensic investigations, and vulnerability remediation. Partners with Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering teams to embed security across systems and services. The role also analyzes cloud, endpoint, and network telemetry and improves cybersecurity resilience, response capabilities, and secure development practices.

Manage global payroll operations and transformation initiatives across multiple countries and entities. Lead payroll implementations, migrations, vendor onboarding, system improvements, controls, reconciliations, payroll-to-GL mapping, journal validation, funding, statutory payments, and month-end close support. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and external vendors while resolving payroll issues, supporting employee queries, and improving documentation, integrations, compliance, and reporting.
