About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our Invoicing initiative within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) product vertical for Vessel OPEX. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and predictable delivery. You will turn strategy into action, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the invoicing capability is delivered on time, at quality, and in alignment with the broader P2P roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full lifecycle of the Invoicing project: planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and delivery
  • Translate high-level product and business requirements (provided by the Lead Product) into structured project plans and actionable workstreams
  • Coordinate engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams to keep execution aligned and unblocked
  • Maintain a clear timeline, milestones, dependencies, and budgets for the project
  • Run regular stand-ups, updates, and steering committee meetings
  • Identify risks early and own mitigation plans
  • Produce documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates
  • Ensure the invoicing implementation aligns with P&L and strategic objectives
  • Perform operational and technical research needed to support implementation decisions
  • Drive change-management and rollout activities once the feature is ready

Requirements

Requirements

    • Maritime, procurement, or P2P experience
    • Experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, fintech, ERP, supply chain, or workflow-heavy products
    • Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills
    • Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders across time zones
    • Clear communication, structured thinking, and ability to simplify complexity
    • Experience with workflows, invoicing, payments, or procurement is a strong plus
    • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership from day one
    • Familiar with agile and hybrid delivery models

Must Have

    • Exposure to invoicing systems, ERP integrations, or financial controls

Benefits
  • Competitive Salary and Bonus: We reward your expertise and contributions.
  • Inclusive Onboarding Experience: Our onboarding program is designed to set you up for success right from day one.
  • Marcura Wellness Zone: We value your work-life balance and well-being.
  • Global Opportunities: Be part of an ambitious, expanding company with a local touch.
  • Diverse, Supportive Work Culture: We’re committed to inclusion, diversity, and a sense of belonging for all team members.
