The Project Manager for Global Transfer and Integration is responsible for leading the global execution of transfer, localization, and integration projects to build new organizational capabilities and meet critical business requirements.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Project Management & System Engineering and is part of the medical R&D department located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of defined global transfer/ localization/ integration projects. Ensure delivery against agreed scope, timeline, quality, and cost targets.
  • Identify portfolio-specific optimization opportunities by applying the localization/transfer process across products and regions; define and drive corrective actions that improve speed, quality, and repeatability.
  • Ensure full compliance with global LMS standards for all product launches in regional markets (regulated and non-regulated) and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and EHS requirements.
  • Act as the liaison between Product Management, Industrial Engineering, RA/QA, Operations, and global R&D teams to enable robust transfer and integration execution and decision-making.
  • Contribute to and/or support development of business plans for localized products; support go-to-market strategy development using global expertise; drive actions to achieve margin, revenue, and/or market share goals.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 10+ years in product management and/or similar R&D roles; experience leading strategic, cross-functional programs.
  • 5+ years leadership experience in operations and/or working closely with Operations in a global environment.
  • Knowledge of global medical device regulatory requirements and working in regulated and non-regulated product environments.
  • Experience driving global transfers, localization, integration, or complex launch programs; ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar discipline.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – Approx. 25% travel.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Certificate in Project Management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or German would be an advantage, as the role involves project transfer activities and regular interaction with stakeholders who communicate primarily in these languages.
