About the role:

How you will contribute: Project Management
- Manage day-to-day effective activities such as data delivery, analytics maintenance, interpretation of findings, delivery of insights, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing evaluation of HR efforts through analysis of integrated findings and insights to inform recommendations around investment reallocations to maximize defined KPIs
- Guide stakeholders to interpret business needs into learning objectives and analytical solutions that can address their stated objectives
- Work alongside cross functional team members who are primarily responsible for developing measurement capabilities to address stakeholder needs
- Develop innovative mechanisms to engender adoption of people effectiveness among stakeholder groups from planning to execution
- Actively consult stakeholders to validate, and update as needed, a defined people effectiveness roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term priorities
- Partner with the transformational organization on cross-functional efforts
- Build and develop potential projects.
What you bring to Takeda:
- University graduated or above; MBA degree will be a plus.
- 5-8 years of solid working experience in HR, business field.
- Acquaintances with labor laws and the practices regarding labor regulations
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Strong coaching/mentoring skills
- Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines
- The ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions
- Change management skills
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and results-focus
- Strong ownership and committed to high standards and continuous improvement.
- English proficiency in oral and written (TOEIC score 800 and above preferred)
