Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Director who is an established leader in the Project Finance advisory sector.
- This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in establishing and building the Gridlines team.
- The role will involve establishing and leading in the growth of the Gridlines business.
Requirements
Operations:
- Lead in the growth and development of the project finance team.
- Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
- Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions.
- Review and interpret commerdcial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
- Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead in the planning of resources across the team.

- Lead in the growth of the project finance practice.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- [10+] years of relevent experience in a financial advisory / financial modelling role within a recognized advisory practice.
- An in-depth understanding of accounting concepts, an accounting qualification is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
- Recent hands-on experience in financial modelling for Project Finance transactions.
- Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
- Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
