Responsibility:
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met, with a focus on delivering high-quality digital solutions and services.
- Work closely with all stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the central orchestrator for various types of projects—internal, external, and client-driven—ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
- Develop, refine, and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery of digital solutions in line with business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and managing any risks or obstacles that arise.
- Review and ensure deliverables meet project standards, aligning with Xtremax’s best practices for digital transformation and technology solutions.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and results clearly to both internal teams and clients, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, processes, and methodologies, contributing to the growth of the department and company.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project flexibility, responsiveness, and efficiency.
- Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) practices to ensure high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Manage project documentation and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring third-party partners meet delivery expectations and quality standards.
- Balance business value with project goals, ensuring alignment between client needs and strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university, graduated from Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Project Executive or Project Management Officer, with proven ability to manage projects in the technology or digital transformation space.
- Genuine enthusiasm for digital transformation, IT services, and innovative technology solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset for crafting solutions that benefit both clients and the company.
- Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information effectively with clients, ensuring clear understanding and collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as communication with both clients and internal teams will be primarily in English.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience applying them to technology projects.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices for ensuring service delivery excellence.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Experience in vendor management, ensuring smooth collaborations and timely deliveries from third-party providers.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to manage expectations and align both internal and external parties.
- A solid understanding of business value and the ability to link project outcomes to broader business goals and client objectives.
