About the role:
- Manage and execute whole project process cycle of Buildings & Assets LCC upgrading and replacement in ITE CW Campus.
- Participate in feasibility studies of upgrading and replacement.
- Assist in development of project specifications; collaborating with Planned Preventive Maintenance Team, Zone Property Officers, Client PPP IM, Authourity ITE and other Stakeholders.
- Prepare, coordinate and execute Tender, via Open Tender or Invitation To Quote, for upgrading and/or replacement works.
- Mitigate issues arising, with all stakeholders, so as to deliver and complete the project works within agreed time schedule.
- Provide timely and accurate progress updates of project works.
- Manage and produce all related project correspondences and documentations; e.g. Data and Quotation Reports, Purchase Requests & Orders, Works Completion Reports, Billing Reports, Minutes of Meetings, Letters to Statutory Authorities/Agencies, and etc.
- Evaluate contractors and quotations received; with Price-Quality Weighted Score methodology.
- Manage the proper & formal disposals/scrap of assets in relation to the upgrading and replacement works.
- Prepare charts, tables, & write the Annual Buildings & Assets Condition Report
- Perform any related duties as required and directed.
- Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
