What you will do:
We are seeking an individual to join the Project Delivery team primarily to aid and facilitate the renewal of Building and Construction Authority (BCA) ME Workheads for five (5) business units comprises of HVAC, Controls, Fire, Security and Traffic. This individual will communicate, collate all essential documents from each of the respective business unit and proper records keeping. The successful individual will work closely with a Coordinator to provide updates on the status of documents collation and uploading onto BCA Portal. This is a 2 months contract.
How you will do it:
You will work closely and support the Coordinator in the following activities:
Communicate, collate all essential documents from each of the respective business unit and proper records keeping.
Monitor, update the status of documents collation from each business unit and uploading onto BCA Portal.
To build up a secondary list of track records for five (5) business and collation of essential documents.
Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management.
What we look for:
Meticulous with attention to details as will be essential
Pursing studies in relevant disciplines such as building and construction-related course/engineering/legal/business or commercial (ie. certain technical knowledge is a plus)
