Project Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinates the government project for collecting information and managing process for both internal policies and external government requirements.
• Coordinates training activities together with internal stakeholders, including trainers, sales, admins, to achieve high customer satisfaction of our training programs.
• Supports the team in managing project status and and work with internal stakeholders for making sure the timely project creation and closure.
• Supports the team in managing operating indicators, including utilization, revenue forecast, monthly reports, etc.
• Supports other project related tasks, such as supplier onboarding, purchasing process, etc,
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 Year University education in Engineering (related field of work) or 4 Year University Degree in other field.
• Equivalent Work Experience. Experience of government funded project will be a plus.
• Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures of the applicable subunit(s) of the organization.

Clients in the automotive and mobility industry have been engaged with UL Solutions for more than 100 years. We serve leading automotive original equipment manufacturers OEMs and their key supply chain partners to bring new and changing technologies to market. Our involvement starts with product design including material selection, carries through to supply chain management and production, and culminates with support for product marketing and positioning. We also work with key international regulatory agencies, local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) and manufacturers on the development of consensus-based standards and services that apply to the automotive industry.
