DP Architects Pte Ltd JOB SUMMARY:The Project Coordinator supports architectural projects through design coordination, project administration and operational support. The role bridges design delivery and project administration by coordinating documentation, consultants, finances and internal processes to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in alignment with client and organisational requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Support conceptual and schematic design development in collaboration with the architectural team. • Prepare tender documentation including drawings, schedules and material specifications. • Liaise and discuss project-related issues with clients to support smooth project execution. • Coordinate with consultants and contractors across design and construction stages. • Oversee progress of on-site works and assist in resolving design and coordination issues. • Ensure design quality and compliance with authority requirements, relevant codes and regulations. • Maintain proper documentation, reports and records in accordance with office standards. • Manage overall project administration including project setup, consultant appointments, contracts, fees, access control, milestones and documentation tracking. • Coordinate business travel arrangements for directors and team members, including bookings, visas, schedules, insurance and post-trip claims or reimbursements. • Provide administrative support including onboarding and offboarding processes, leave administration, records management and access requests. • Support project financial processes including submissions, proposals, invoicing, payment follow-ups and monthly income and fee forecasting in coordination with Finance and project teams. • Oversee administrative matters such as leave tracking, claims processing, timesheets, ICT requests and general office organisation. JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. • Familiarity with Singapore BCA BIM e-submission processes, requirements and guidelines. • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Building Design Suite, including Revit Architecture. • Completion of BCA Academy’s BIM Modelling and BIM Management courses is an added advantage. • Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment. • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively across teams.Similar Jobs
