The Project Coordinator will assist in planning and delivering LED signage projects, coordinating with clients, vendors, and tracking progress, while managing documentation and permit processes.
Our client is looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the
planning and delivery of our LED signage projects.
You will report to the Project Manager, liase with clients, and vendors to make
sure every project runs smoothly — from quotation and fabrication to
installation and handover.
Job
scope
- Assist in Project Planning: Help prepare project timelines,
cost estimates, and material lists. Arrange site surveys and take
measurements.
- Coordinate with Clients: Communicate project progress and
arrange meetings or approvals. Handle minor client requests or follow-ups
professionally.
- Liaise with Vendors &
Subcontractors: Coordinate fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules with
suppliers, electricians, and installers.
- Track Progress & Report
Issues: Monitor daily site activities and update the Project Manager on
progress or potential delays.
- Documentation & Permits: Prepare project reports,
quotation paperwork, and assist with permit or regulatory submissions when
required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering,
Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in project coordination,
preferably in signage, construction, or interior fit-out.
- · Basic understanding electrical drawing
Added advantage:
- knowledge of signage fabrication and
installation (LED, acrylic, metal) is an advantage.
- Singapore class 3 driving license (company van will be provided) Candidate
with car will be reimburse car allowance of $700/mth + mileage claim for petrol
