Project Analyst
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operations within financial services or technology.
· Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Basic understanding of Global Markets products and trading systems is preferred.
· Familiarity with SDM 5.0 or similar project governance frameworks is a strong advantage.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in tracking and coordinating Global Markets projects, ensuring alignment with SDM 5.0 governance and documentation standards.
· Support the preparation and maintenance of project artefacts including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
· Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
· Participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
· Help facilitate testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation, execution tracking, and defect management.
· Provide support in project reporting, status updates, and dashboards for senior management.
· Assist in resolving operational issues related to trading platforms, market data, and booking processes.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle.
