Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, perform impact analysis, support tender and bid teams, prepare progress reports, coordinate stakeholders, and standardize programme management processes and reporting.

- Support Project Directors in portfolio-level scheduling and project controls.
- Improve and standardise programme management processes, reporting templates, and workflows.
