Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery for one of the agency's most complex and commercially significant retained accounts. Sitting at the intersection of CRM strategy, MarTech implementation, and creative production, you will translate strategic intent into disciplined execution — keeping a cross-functional team aligned, timelines moving, and client stakeholders confident across six SEAO markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Governance & Delivery: Own the master programme plan across all workstreams — CRM Strategy, Data & Reporting, Creative Production, and MarTech Operations — enforcing SLA timelines, maintaining the project management system as the single source of truth, and chairing weekly status calls and Steerco reporting.

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client's COE team and regional market POCs, translating briefs into actionable delivery plans and managing expectations proactively across multiple Business Units.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between CRM, Creative, Strategy, and Reporting leads — sequencing workstreams, surfacing dependencies early, and ensuring clean handoffs across briefing, production, UAT, and activation.

• Resource & Capacity Management: Monitor team capacity in real time across FTE and on-demand resources; coordinate the Creative Project Management function

including designers, copywriters, and HTML developers across the regional hub model.

• Financial & Commercial Oversight: Track programme actuals against the approved budget (~USD 4.5M Y1), manage change control, and support commercial conversations including scope documentation and monthly programme health reporting.

• Quality, Risk & Continuous Improvement: Maintain the programme risk and issues log, drive post-campaign retrospectives, and ensure all outputs comply with the client's brand governance standards and regional regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience: 7+ years of programme or senior project management experience in a digital agency, CRM agency, or MarTech consultancy, with a proven track record of managing retained multi-market accounts in APAC.

• CRM & Campaign Knowledge: Solid understanding of CRM marketing fundamentals — lifecycle journeys, trigger-based communications, audience segmentation, and campaign workflow governance from briefing through to activation.

• MarTech Familiarity: Hands-on familiarity with at least one enterprise MarTech or CDP platform (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or equivalent) in a delivery or project oversight context.

• Creative Production Coordination: Experience managing centralised creative production teams — designers, copywriters, and HTML developers — in a high-volume, multi-market hub model.

• Commercial Acumen: Experience managing programme budgets of USD 1M+ and supporting client commercial processes including scope change, resource forecasting, and SLA reporting.

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage up, across, and down with clarity and confidence; able to produce Steerco-ready updates and present to senior client leadership.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is advantageous.

Inclusion and Diversity

We’re proud to be different and that starts with our people. We believe in equal opportunities for everyone. We won’t define people by their race, gender, sexual-orientation, age or disability. Individuality is what makes us great, we want everyone to bring their full self to work and create something amazing. That’s what we care about.

So, whether you’re joining us, or looking to move to a different part of the business, we work hard to make sure we create equal opportunities for everyone.
