We seek a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team in Cebu, Philippines. In this role, you will be the central hub connecting engineers, product managers, and key stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery and quality of our new SaaS product. Embracing a startup mindset, you’ll experiment, iterate, and rapidly adapt to market feedback to drive our product initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Driving agile team execution and following Agile methodology in execution.

  • Managing team blockers, overall velocity, scrum of scrums planning/stand up, release planning, and project cadence.

  • Driving teams in adopting 8x8 Agile methodology across multiple teams.

  • Coaching product owners to create product vision and roadmap.

  • Supporting the team in converting existing Product Requirement documents to Jira Product backlog.

  • Driving team members in writing effective user stories and estimations. Drive improvement in team velocity.

  • Managing bug triage processes and extending Program management processes to align with the new product introduction framework.

  • Measuring team velocity by tracking value points in sprints and sharing insight/retrospective learning across the organization.

  • Embracing the scrum framework, identifying and resolving impediments; tracking continuous improvement.

  • Working with the operating committee on initiatives to support agile transformations across business units.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program/Project Manager with a focus on agile methodologies.

  • Demonstrated success in coordinating complex technical projects and achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Expertise in agile frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Jira).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to navigate technical discussions and translate them into actionable plans.

  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments where adaptability and rapid iteration are essential.

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for ensuring high-quality product delivery through effective cross-functional engagement.
