Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ISO Program Manager to lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). This role will also be responsible for establishing and managing a centralized procurement function to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards related to supplier management and purchasing controls.

 

Key Responsibilities:


ISO 9001 Program Management

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ISO 9001 QMS across the organization.
  • Coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure documentation control, process standardization, and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare for and manage external surveillance and recertification audits.
  • Develop and deliver ISO-related training and awareness programs for staff.

Procurement Setup and Oversight


  • Establish a centralized procurement function aligned with ISO 9001 Clause 8.4 (Control of Externally Provided Products and Services).
  • Develop procurement policies, procedures, and supplier evaluation criteria.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to align procurement with strategic goals.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering or related field
  • 7–10 years of Project Management experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • MUST be familiar with ISO 9001 standards
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with consulting engagement lifecycle
