Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played video game in the world, over 100 million play every month. Players form the foundation of our community and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience.

We’re looking for humble but ambitious, razor-sharp professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. Like us, you take play seriously; you’re passionate about games. We embrace those who see things differently, aren’t afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints.

That's where you come in.

As a Program Manager for APAC VALORANT Esports, you will work closely with the VALORANT Esports team to drive the development and execution of the VALORANT Esports ecosystem across the APAC region. Your primary responsibility will be managing VALORANT Esports projects, while also overseeing cross-product and cross-regional initiatives from inception to completion. As an exceptional communicator, you excel at crafting clear, concise, and impactful messages tailored to any audience or context. Additionally, you will streamline processes, coordinate teams, foster collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the organization.

As a Rioter in Singapore, you’ll join a tight-knit group of exceptionally bright-minded individuals who share our prioritization of player experience, rejection of convention, and passion for gaming. Riot Games is dedicated to creating tailored player experiences that show local players they aren’t lost in translation.

  • Oversee project management for the VALORANT Pacific League, while also managing additional projects as required
  • Assist in the documentation and coordination of annual strategy planning, budget planning, vendor sourcing, and hiring processes
  • Manage and monitor the budget for APAC VALORANT Esports in close collaboration with the Finance team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver high-quality content and exceptional experiences for our fans.
  • Coordinate internal meetings such as workshops, retros, rituals, and task force meetings (e.g. internal retros, workshops, conferences, etc)
  • Communicate project deliverables, priorities, updates and risks to and between the internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience in product, production, or project management with oversight responsibilities for multiple, large-scale projects
  • Proficiency with written communication and documentation using slides and spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Suite, Google Suite)
  • Experience managing budgets holistically across multiple projects and regions
  • Fluency in both Korean and English

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of cumulative work experience
  • Experience project managing relevant to event, broadcast or content production in sports or esports
  • Experience working in gaming, consulting, entertainment, or tech industry
  • Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g. Trello, Airtable, Notion etc.)
