PROGRAM MANAGER – AESTHETICS CONSULTING BUSINESS (REMOTE)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement systems, processes, and KPIs to support business scaling.
- Collaborate with consultants, HOD, and cross-functional teams to refine service offerings and growth frameworks.
- Partner with marketing & sales to align branding and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure a seamless, best-in-class client experience with effective tools and processes.
- Research industry trends (medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery) and integrate best practices.
- Monitor KPIs, client feedback, and retention metrics to drive improvements.
- Lead retention strategies and oversee program launches from testing to adoption.
Expected Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years in Product/Program Management, Operations, or Business Strategy.
- Proven experience in scaling business processes or services.
- Strong execution, multitasking, and feedback integration skills.
- Excellent communication & collaboration with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
- Market research and growth-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (PMP a plus).
- Preferred: Background in aesthetics, healthcare, or consulting.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
- Age Between 25-35 Years

- Work Schedule Commitment: Since we are 100% virtual, we can create a flexible work schedule for 4 hours during the day and 4 hours at night.
- Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must. (The schedule is to be decided based on the requirements of the role and the company policies)
- You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only.)
- This schedule may require adjusting your daily routine, so consider your comfort with late-night or early-morning work.
