About the team:

The Product & Technology Consulting (PTC) team at Sabre helps customers unlock the full potential of Sabre’s solutions. By providing expert guidance and tailored support, the team ensures smooth implementation, optimized workflows, and effective adoption of Sabre’s products. With a focus on customer success, the PTC team empowers clients to enhance efficiency and remain competitive in the evolving travel industry.

What you’ll be doing?

As an intern with the PTC team, you’ll support efforts to maximize the value of Sabre’s technology for travel agencies while gaining exposure to real-world consulting and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research and gathering data on potential customers and opportunities.
  • Analyzing booking and operational data to identify improvements.
  • Assisting teams in creating strategies to increase product usage and value for customers.
  • Supporting training sessions and workshops for customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align goals and share insights.
  • Preparing and presenting research findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Helping with customer workflows and ensuring smooth solution implementation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree Technology or Information Systems.
  • Interest in technology consulting, travel technology, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages like Python, Java/JavaScript, SQL or similar.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and/or software built platforms (Postman/SouapUI/Github) is a bonus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent productivity software.
  • Adept with presentation and collaboration software.

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Great collaborator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the strong curiosity to learn.

Important Note: This is an On-site internship, wherein the intern would be expected to work from office for at least 3 days a week. Only those students currently residing in Singapore and permitted to intern in Singapore, are eligible to apply.

Internship Duration: 3 months (Starting May 2025)
