Product Operations Executive (ID)

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detailed‑oriented and proactive Product Operations Associate to join our team in Indonesia. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and performance of HHWT’s merchant database, outreach activities, branded destination pages, product reporting, and user experience feedback. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high operational standards and supporting the growth of HHWT’s platform.

• Research assigned destinations and identify coverage gaps.
  

• Verify and enrich merchant records (name, address, coordinates, contact, operating hours, category, halal status, evidence source, imagery).
  

• Publish verified records; flag incomplete entries with reasons.
  

• Deliver monthly coverage notes per active destination.
  

• Contact merchants to claim and confirm listing details.
  

• Onboard free listings through to published and claimed status.
  

• Introduce paid listing options, record interest, and escalate qualified leads.
  

• Log every contact and outcome in the tracker.
  

• Refresh destination and landing pages to campaign specifications.
  

• Populate with listings, copy, and imagery supplied or approved by HHWT.
  

• Deliver by campaign live date with branded team approval.
  

• Compile weekly app and web performance data.
  

• Deliver monthly reports covering inventory, outreach outcomes, and campaign performance.
  

• From month 3 onward, add insights and recommendations based on data trends.
  

• Walk core user journeys on a set schedule and after each release.
  

• Log defects with reproduction steps, environment, severity, and evidence.
  

• Re‑test fixes and validate improvements.
  

• From month 7 onward, conduct structured UX reviews against a friction checklist.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  

• 2+ years of experience in product operations, e‑commerce, or digital platforms.
  

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
  

• Familiarity with content management systems and reporting tools is a plus.
