Product Marketing Specialist
Job summary
The Product Marketing Specialist serves as the expert on ESET business and consumer products for the assigned market. This person will partner closely with Sales Teams and cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, product innovation and the execution of go-to-market plans. Additionally, this role will need to deliver product marketing content and provide guidance for marketing and sales enablement purposes.

Serve as the product owner for all B2B and B2C product launches, responsible for setting, communicating, and implementing GTM strategy and product marketing strategy.

Develop effective product value proposition and messages to B2B and B2C users including identifying market and client segmentation, buyer’s personas and needs/pain points.

Conduct research on ESET business, competitor offerings and competitive landscape to differentiate ESET solutions to ensure ESET is the preferred cybersecurity solutions provider.

Research, write and produce product marketing collaterals to support sales efforts, including pitch decks/presentations, sales scripts, product brochures, whitepapers, email content, website content, videos, battlecards and other sales enablement materials.

Proactively identify issues, areas of enhancements on product messaging to value-add marketing efforts.

Plan and conduct product positioning and product marketing training for relevant stakeholders.

Support the marketing team at large when in developing marketing messaging for marketing assets, such as EDM, website content, articles, webinar content/presentations etc.

Develop product/strategic decks for product planning and major presentations /event.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (marketing or communication)
Experience:
-
A minimum of 4-6 years of related experience in product marketing with strong background in B2B (at least 60%).

Strong analytic skills and able to proficiently use analytic software, such as Qlik Sense and Microsoft Excel.

Good knowledge and understanding of B2B IT buyers and consumer behaviour trends, and able to generate new ideas to engage them.

Strong project management skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics

Solid computer skills: including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM)

Knowledge of marketing budget management.
Knowledge:
• Good grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends
• Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution
• Attention to detail alongside organisational, project management skills.
