Job Responsibilities :

​Own the strategy and growth of Razer’s product lines, leading product marketing across positioning, pricing, lifecycle management, and global launches. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Channel, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams to bring competitive, market-relevant products to market. Drive go-to-market planning, market analysis, campaigns, promotions, and stakeholder alignment to grow revenue, adoption, and market share.
  • Overseeing the strategic direction and performance of Razer’s PC Division product lines
  • Driving growth and innovation across Razer’s Productivity & Speaker portfolios
  • Drive product roadmaps, product lifecycle, pricing and launch process to ensure that we increase our leadership and market share position
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, ensuring achievement of company and brand objectives
  • Conduct and run competitive benchmarking and product comparison
  • Work with product developers to ensure products are relevant to the market and feature-sets are comparable to others
  • Coordinate cross-group initiatives with internal stakeholders such as Sales, and Channel Marketing teams
  • Responsible for developing and implementing activities such as promotions and go-to-market for product launches
  • Content & Campaign Development: Collaborate with creative, digital, and social teams to produce engaging content across web, email, video, and social platforms

Pre-Requisites :
  • Degree in Marketing or Business with minimally 6-10 years progressive experience in product marketing, preferably within consumer electronics space
  • Good business acumen, sales-focused, responsive, creative, strategic, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategy and action plans
  • Strong leadership skills with track record in building and managing a high performing team
  • Strong budget management and reporting skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and strong presentation, high attention to detail, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate conceptually and tactically - including strategy, planning, data insights and execution details
