Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market Plans for product launches.

  • Collaborate with the local Commercial Team, Asia Product Management, and Asia Marketing teams to define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions, and craft out promotional campaigns and programs tailored to the target audiences.

  • Conduct market research to understand local end-user needs & applications, market trends, and competitive landscape

  • Identifying product gaps in the local product portfolio, and working with Asia Product Management on white space opportunities for share gain

  • Conduct regular pricing analysis to ensure market-based pricing for the assigned product portfolio, and achieve/over-achieve the organization’s set profitability goals

  • Stay updated about local regulatory requirements, cultural considerations, and economic trends that may impact product success

  • Review demand forecast with Demand Planner and Sales Team monthly to ensure supply chain provide sufficient stocks meeting customer demand.

  • Partnering with Asia Marketing to develop contents for marketing collaterals

  • Monitor and control A&P budget by optimizing the allocated budget given.

  • Develop product marketing plans in conjunction with the Brand, Digital, eCommerce teams, Channel Sales Manager including key activities and budgets necessary for demand generation.

  • Building relationships with key channel partners & end-users, to gather market/end-user insights and incorporate their feedbacks for marketing strategies and products development

  • Act at the local product expert, providing training and support to internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related area

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing/Sales roles(s)

  • Position requires accomplished analytic, written, verbal and interpersonal skills plus demonstrated track record of achievements in positions or increasing responsibilities, problem solving and decision making abilities

  • Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time

  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and Internet usage is required
