  • Collaborate with Product teams to align on product roadmaps and build product messaging for Plaud’s software and AI products, including value propositions, positioning, message houses, use cases, and product / feature descriptions.

  • Collaborate with Creative teams to deliver core product marketing assets such as landing pages, blogs, videos, visuals, and campaign copy, ensuring clear, consistent, and high-quality content across channels.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to align on roadmaps and build product messaging for Plaud’s devices and AI, including value propositions, positioning, message houses, use cases, and product / feature descriptions.

  • Define hero workflows that unify the Plaud experience across device, software, and AI, and translate them into clear user stories, demo narratives, and core messaging across channels.

  • Translate Plaud’s hardware and AI capabilities into clear user value, turning specs and technical terms into benefit-led messaging and accurate proof points.

  • Collaborate with Creative teams to deliver launch-ready assets across channels, including product and landing pages, PDP and Amazon content, comparison charts, onboarding and setup copy, feature explainers, blogs, videos, visuals, and campaign copy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium quality.

  • Drive go-to-market storytelling and execution for Plaud’s device and AI experience, from new device launches to major software and AI releases, including launch briefs, messaging kits, FAQs, and rollout plans.

  • Enable internal stakeholders with product training, enablement decks, and internal briefs for Sales, Marketing, Support, and regional teams.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for

  • 5–10 years of experience in Product Marketing (or equivalent), preferably within consumer electronics, AI, or productivity tech.

  • Strong content creation capability, with experience writing product messaging, feature descriptions, use cases, marketing copy, and translating technical concepts into clear, actionable user benefits, including hardware-related details.

  • Strong execution skills, able to ship high-quality assets quickly, manage multiple work streams, and maintain clarity and consistency across channels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

  • Data-informed mindset with a balance of analytical and creative thinking.

  • Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency and content quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, or productivity tech ecosystems.

  • Proficiency in go-to-market and product marketing frameworks, including product positioning and message house development.

  • Excellent storytelling and structured writing skills, with attention to clarity, hierarchy, and audience fit.

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work closely with Product, AI, Creative, and Marketing teams across time zones.

  • Analytical mindset — able to synthesize product data, user insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable messaging and content improvements.
