Its expertise in AAA and live operations, combined with a passion for naval battle gameplay and water technology, pushed the team to lead the development of a brand-new AAA game franchise – Skull and Bones™ which was launched in February 2024.

Job Description

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE

You will support the production marketing and publishing teams to deliver impactful assets and deliverables for Skull and Bones:

  • Marketing Asset Creation: Lead the development of static and video marketing assets for global campaigns and seasonal launches, including briefing and asset direction.
  • KPI & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of key marketing assets, sharing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Communications Timeline Management: Support the upkeep of the marketing communications timeline in alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Internal Brand Communications: Own the creation and distribution of internal brand newsletters to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Produce competitor reports and benchmark documents, and keep stakeholders informed of sales performance and industry developments.
  • Internal Presentations & Pitches: Develop and present internal decks for licensing, collaboration proposals, and brand initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Product & Market Understanding: Build and maintain strong knowledge of Skull and Bones and its competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
  • Stakeholder Support: Capture and distribute meeting minutes for key stakeholder sessions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Able to commit to a full-time 6-months internship starting in April 2026.
  • You are a university undergraduate in marketing, business, media communications, product management, or related fields.
  • You are autonomous, well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are a confident writer and speaker.
  • You have proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially in Power Point).
  • You enjoy working in teams, can manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You possess analytical skills and a desire for experience with metrics and market research.
  • A passion and interest for the video game industry and pop culture is highly valued.
  • Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only.
