The role involves managing the development and launch of a Web3 mobile wallet, conducting market analysis, defining the product roadmap, and ensuring security and technology decisions align with user needs.
Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the exchange's personal wallet product from 0 to 1.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competitors, and user needs to define the Web3 wallet product roadmap and version iteration plans.
- Based on company strategy and technical architecture, write detailed Product Requirements Documents, covering product features, user experience, security, and performance metrics.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception, design, development, testing, launch, to post-launch optimization.
- Develop product launch strategies and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive product growth and user acquisition.
- Ability to engage in deep discussions with the technical team on key technology areas and make sound product decisions, such as:
- - Mobile Technology Selection: Understand the pros and cons of native development versus cross-platform frameworks, and participate in technology selection decisions.
- - Security & Encryption: Possess a deep understanding of core security concepts such as key management, authentication, and tokenization to ensure a solid security foundation for the product.
- - Payment Features: Integration and experience optimization for various types of payment functionalities.
- Transaction Routing: Understand aggregated DEX pricing and fee models, and be responsible for the user-side trading experience design.
- - Multi-Chain Integration: Be familiar with multi-chain asset management, transaction broadcasting, and Gas fee mechanisms.
- - WalletConnect: Enhance the connectivity and interaction experience between the Web3 wallet ecosystem and the exchange.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- Preference for candidates with 5+ years of product experience related to cryptocurrency wallets or exchanges.
- Strong interest and solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and Web3; familiar with mainstream public chains like BTC, ETH, SOL, and their ecosystems.
- Understand the development processes and technical characteristics of mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Possess fundamental knowledge of cryptography, secure storage, and authentication processes.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, such as DEXs, liquidity mining, cross-chain bridges, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of smart contracts, Gas optimization, account abstraction, and related fields.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to efficiently drive cross-functional teams to achieve complex goals.
