Lead product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems (matching engine, risk engines, pricing models). Translate complex trading and risk logic into technical requirements, manage full product lifecycle, monitor backend performance, and ensure regulatory and best-practice compliance.

Responsibilities
- Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
- Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products including but not limited to Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts etc.
- Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
- Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.
- Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Product experience is not a must but preferred.
- Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options etc.
- Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
- Ability to understand trading logics, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
