Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for product engagement and user retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments.
  • Analyze results of experiments and drive iterative product changes.
  • Prioritize growth initiatives based on potential impact.
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics.
  • Engage with users to gather feedback and understand needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in a growth-focused role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive metrics and benchmarks.
  • Experience with growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of user behavior and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in using product analytics and tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize growth initiatives and produce actionable results.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
