Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our People Transport vertical, which delivers solutions for Public Transport and Employee Transport scenarios. This includes managing a suite of applications for passengers, drivers, fleet operators, and API integrations for MaaS solution providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across functions (Sales, Project Management, Design, and Engineering) to gather and prioritise product requirements
- Document detailed product specifications and create clear product roadmaps
- Deliver features that solve real problems and enhance user experiences
- Drive the growth and scaling of the People Transport vertical
- Analyse operational data to inform product decisions and improvements
- Work with technical teams to ensure successful product implementation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience
- Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
- Experience with B2B or B2B2C solutions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into product features
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transportation, mobility, or logistics industries
- Understanding of route optimisation algorithms and transportation operations
- Experience with API integration and SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of the Southeast Asian and Japanese markets
