Lead end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization for Kinexys Payments. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations and Sales to prioritize features, assess feasibility, drive go-to-market, and optimize client servicing while monitoring market and regulatory trends.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, development, and execution of Kinexys Payments products. You will work closely within a global, cross-functional team across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Sales. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and client-centric innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, including strategy, roadmap development, execution, and commercialization of Kinexys Payments solutions
- Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Sales to drive product initiatives and ensure regulatory and operational alignment
- Lead product ideation and prioritize features through structured frameworks; build consensus with senior stakeholders on product direction and investment decisions
- Define and evolve the client servicing and investigations model to deliver a differentiated, best-in-class client experience
- Collaborate closely with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies, client value propositions, and supporting materials to accelerate commercialization
- Assess feasibility and scalability of new capabilities by partnering with crossline of Business (LOB) teams
- Conduct market sizing, pricing strategy development, and growth planning to support investment decisions
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a leading market position
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, payments, financial services, or enterprise fintech
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent discipline
- Demonstrated experience in payments, cash management, Transaction Banking, or digital financial solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect market opportunities to product execution and client outcomes
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Execution-driven, with a track record of delivering complex products in highly cross-functional settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in blockchain, digital assets, or distributed ledger-based payment solutions
- Familiarity with client onboarding, investigations workflows, fee revenue analysis and payments servicing models
- Technical understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, or platform-based architectures
- Experience using data analytics and AI tools to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and improve product outcomes
