Responsibilities
Own user growth strategy for the AI Agent product across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, engagement).
Design and run product-led growth experiments, including A/B tests on onboarding, features, messaging, and pricing.
Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Content to ship growth experiments fast.
Use data and insights to continuously improve user experience and growth outcomes.
Package complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high-perceived-value user experiences.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Product Management or Growth-focused roles.
Strong data intuition with hands-on experience running experiments and analyzing funnels.
Proven ability to turn user behavior insights into concrete product improvements.
High bar for UX, interaction, and visual design quality.
Strong interest in lowering the learning curve and adoption barrier of AI products.
