Responsibilities

  • Analyze key game metrics (retention, engagement, monetization, and churn rates) to optimize game mechanics and player experiences.
  • Conduct research and A/B testing to refine onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and smooth playing experience.
  • Design and iterate on game loops, difficulty progression, and reward systems using player behavior data.
  • Monitor game data to assess feature effectiveness, adjusting mechanics based on player engagement trends.
  • Test gameplay mechanics, incorporating analytics insights to refine core game loops and risk/reward structures.
  • Maintain detailed game design documents, including visual mockups, system flows, and interaction diagrams, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Work closely with engineers, artists, and marketing teams to align game design with player needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management or data-driven roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in data analysis and logical reasoning.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, evaluate information objectively, and consider multiple perspectives.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Genuine interest in games, with enthusiasm for playing and contributing to game creation.
